Beth is always efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive.
My husband has several physical issues that cause him to come to the ER often. Beth is always efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She explains the procedures, and this last time she recognized a medication prescribed to my husband as one that might be causing his jerking. I had been to his personal doctor, and he didn’t mention the possible connection with the med and the jerking. I appreciate her receptiveness to my concerns and her initiative in taking care of the problem. She was also able to get his IV in easily when others were having trouble getting blood, etc.
