Beth Pitman, MSN, ACCNS-AG, CNE

Professor Pitman is one of the kindest, most inclusive professors I have ever met. She takes her time to ensure we actually understand the material she lectures over. I felt excited to come to class knowing she would be lecturing that day. I remember a time when I and another student talked with her about how minority students have to work harder than our peers to get half the recognition at times, and weeks later she approached me about joining BSNA. I was shocked that she still remembered our conversation, and took it upon herself to be the faculty advisor for this organization. For the first time, while being in this program, I felt seen and heard. Professor Pitman truly cares about her students, and her kind heart is seen by many!
