The doctor and Beth are both amazing people. From dealing with all my health issues to diagnosing and discussing cuts, lesions, and other very personal medical-related issues, I've come to love them both. Beth, you make coming to DCH worth every trip. I'm coming in thinking of all the bad news you have given me but I smile at how comfortable I am discussing it all with you two. Thanks for everything you do!

Beth is a very hard working nurse who is always willing to help anyone who needs it. She is a very dedicated employee who not only takes on the responsibilities of being a nurse for two providers but tacked on Cerner education as well. She helped me train in the clinic and taught me so much. She attends Mental Health and pediatric meetings to stay up to date with nursing care. She is an extraordinary nurse and woman and deserves this recognition. Beth puts other people before herself and is always there to help patients. She knows how to handle patient complaints well and patients are very appreciative of her. If I have any questions or concerns, she is my go-to. She is very knowledgeable about the processes and policies of our clinic. I truly believe she deserves this recognition and so much more.

Although we have so many wonderfully capable and dedicated nurses who work at DCH and in the MA clinic, I specifically want to recognize a nurse whose care for the patients, staff and facility makes me proud and is foundational to the excellent care we give. Beth Saner. She has been an asset to my family for many years, even long before I began working at DCH. She was my husband's nurse in his surgical clinic and he was not ready to lose her when we became a rural health clinic and she could no longer do both. When I began in 2014, She was assigned to me and I couldn't have been happier to have someone who knew the clinic workflow, computer system, and patients as well as she did. She was already known to the patients and trusted. And due to her reputation and professionalism, I was trusted. The transition was seamless. Beth has worn many 'hats' at DCH. Since I have been a part-time physician, she has juggled being a nurse for more than one provider at a time and has accepted many clinic administrative challenges. Two examples are managing vaccinations in our clinic as well as becoming a clinic champion for our new EHR system. She can be given any task and is faithful to do it efficiently, with excellence, and will see it through to completion. I have witnessed her bring a patient a meal when I was running behind in the clinic and she regularly brings me food when patient care extends through the lunch hour. Before electronic prescribing, she had even driven a script to a local pharmacy so that a patient would not go without medication. She 'has my back' and makes me more successful in my practice. To me, she is an indispensable nurse in the clinic and deserves this recognition for all she does. Thank you, Beth!
