Beth, thank you for working so hard, and so selflessly caring for our father. I want to thank you not only for my dad but for all the others you care for on the floor. You are in a profession that is cognitively demanding, and I know in my heart it is done with a smile and the utmost compassion. This is such a savage virus, my heart breaks because I can’t be there to hold his hand or tell him how much we love him, yet knowing you are there Beth, to hold his hand and let him know of our love for him gives us at home such an amount of comfort. We thank you, and every MIICU nurse for everything you have done, are doing and will continue to do. You are the true heroes. There are not enough “Thank Yous” for your dedication and love.
