Bethany Alderman 2, RN

Bethany seeks to consistently provide safe and effective care in accordance with guideline recommendations and local policy and procedure. She takes time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the workflows in the building to find points of improvement. She takes time to gain a deeper understanding of how and why medications are being given.

This is the first time I have seen a nurse with such curiosity and drive to improve the care of her patients on a day-to-day basis. We are truly lucky to have her here, and she makes a tangible difference to her patients and other departments with her contributions.
