Rosey is a very courteous, friendly, big-hearted, and professional individual, always checking in for everything I need and giving me status updates leading up to surgery all the way to discharge.

I remember when I had to transfer from the Surgical Pediatric unit across the hall to Short Stay Overflow, she walked me, carried my bag, and introduced me to the nurse aide. She also mentioned she would visit or pull a shift in Short Stay to keep an eye on my progress. Deep down, that means bundles to me to see how dedicated and big-hearted a medical staff can stay by a patient's side till the end.

I really appreciate her company, support, and professionalism.
