My son came in to the ER with a broken arm. Bethany, in my opinion, went above and beyond what I have come to know as the standard care of a patient. She was always checking on him and making sure he was comfortable even when victims of a major wreck came in. Bethany always let us know what or who we were waiting on and what the next step would be. She made us feel like we were the only patient she was working with. She made the 6 hours we were in the ER easier to manage.
Bethany should be used as an example of what other nurses should strive for in patient interaction and care. Bethany was hands down one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. Her bedside manner and her attention to detail made our visit so much better.
