Bethany Pollnow, BSN, RN

I was brought down as a rapid response from BHU. The tests showed I had a spot on my pancreas. Bethany was helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We talked about the rapid response for something else, which thankfully checked out fine. Being in the Emergency Department turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because otherwise the spot would not have been found. She was reassuring and understanding, kind and compassionate.
