Betssy Alanya, RN

We so appreciate nurses like Betssy. She does have the qualities one hopes for in a great nurse: Compassion, patience, attentiveness, intelligence, and great communication and more than that, she absolutely is the kind of nurse I would want as a role model. We have a daughter who might show interest in nursing and we would love for Betssy to model nursing for the profession. Nursing schools should show instruction videos of Betssy at work. Any nurse would be incredibly lucky to be mentored by Betssy.

Betssy is skillful and confident, attentive, focused, caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, communicative, and keeps grace and excellence under pressure. And….she does not forget about patient needs while attending to other patients. Her follow-up is impeccable!
