Betssy was extremely attentive. Her positive energy got us through an extremely difficult few post-birth days. I was struggling to get my baby to feed effectively. He simply would not latch, no matter how I tried to position him. My partner and I were so tired, running on no sleep and without a way to feed our newborn. Betssy stepped in and just simplified everything for us; she made us feel comfortable about parenthood and the decisions we were making for our son. We left the interaction positive, happy, and confident. Our boy's belly was finally full and we could all sleep soundly. Thank you so much, Betssy!
