Betssy was extremely attentive. Her positive energy got us through an extremely difficult few post-birth days. I was struggling to get my baby to feed effectively. He simply would not latch, no matter how I tried to position him. My partner and I were so tired, running on no sleep and without a way to feed our newborn. Betssy stepped in and just simplified everything for us; she made us feel comfortable about parenthood and the decisions we were making for our son.
