I have two children and a newborn baby. I went through difficulties during pregnancy and complications that led to the loss of a previous fetus and another premature birth. Fortunately, Nurse Betsy was responsible and supportive throughout all the situations.

About eight years ago, Betsy showed compassion and mercy towards me and my husband due to my premature birth and sudden Eclampsia. Betsy was like a sister to me. She stood in the same place when I had my stillborn, she leaned on my shoulder, showed mercy, and reminded me of God's kindness. Then, Allah gave me a healthy baby girl, also I found Betsy in the delivery room and during my stay at the hospital. She was the first to hold my daughter and she witnessed my baby's first cries.

Throughout my time at the hospital, she spoke to me as if I were her own daughter and was extremely dedicated and sincere in her work. She never ceased to help me and my husband, who accompanied me throughout those days. I want to say thank you, Betsy. You are an angel of mercy in human form. I love you very much, and I always pray to God for your success and well-being.
