I could write two pages on Betsy's skill, confidence, and transparency of care. I have had 13 surgeries and have been terrified of another remission/other admissions. To be clear, Betsy was amazing--above and beyond. Excellent communicator and listener. I felt I was treated with respect and dignity. She kept my room so calm and quiet. All night she was right on top of all my needs. While everyone was helpful from ED to admission, Betsy stood out. I had no anxiety with her. I have to say she is the best nurse I have EVER had over the course of many surgeries. She deserves a gold star. She is special and "real". I trusted her explicitly. Best nursing care in ten years.
