The nominator said that he had an encounter with this nurse multiple times and every time he visits DSFH, she always exceeded his expectations. In his clinic visits, she will assist and regularly update him of his turn in the clinic, she will give him clear instructions on what needs to be done, and direct him to wherever he needs to go next. She will assist and help until he completed everything which made him so comfortable. The care and compassion that she is showing made him and his family seek consultation only from DSFH.
