Betsy Keefe 2, BSN, RN, CMSRN

I felt the need to let you know how good Betsy Keefe was. The compassion and caring attitude she displayed was a lifesaver. As you know, many patients in that crisis mode have little control of both their bodies and minds. Betsy was under control and patient with my daughter. She explained things a few times so that my daughter was more understanding. The explanations and plans were given to my daughter so she could really understand them, along with explaining to us what could and couldn't be done. She had the authorization from my daughter to explain it to us. Betsy’s demeanor and patience with my daughter were extraordinary. She is a huge asset to Good Samaritan Hospital and deserves to be recognized. She was such a delight and was extremely versed in how to deal with patients like my daughter. Please give her recognition for our experience.

With all that, the care Betsy gave to my daughter was exceptional. After speaking with her about a lot of things, I realized she is a special person, an exceptional nurse, and an extremely great asset to the hospital. She made things so easy to understand and had the compassion everyone should show to both the patients and their families.
