I was scheduled for a heart cath. I was nervous about the procedure, naturally, but in the week before my cath, my husband had a heart attack which greatly escalated my anxiety. My procedure yielded good results and Betsy Reese's attentive care made all the difference in my very positive experience. Betsy was completely professional, calm and incredibly patient with my questions and concerns. She took great care to put me at ease and was so sweet and conversational. I couldn't have asked for a more adept and knowledgeable nurse. Betsy deserves special recognition because she truly exemplifies the caring and compassionate qualities of an incredible nurse.
