After our mother had pacemaker surgery, she was moved to a different floor. Betsy was very caring and supportive of Mom and our whole family.
Mom had a bad day on Saturday and was very scared. Betsy checked on her frequently and made all of us more comfortable because she was so concerned. Even though it was a weekend, she was in touch with the doctor periodically and that helped all of us feel more informed.
Sunday after her shift, she came to say goodbye to Mom. We loved that she made the extra effort. We think she went above and beyond in caring for our mother.
