For about the past 7 years I have been going to the VA in K Falls. I got into the mental health services program. In many of my visits, I had the opportunity to be helped through the process by Betsy. Always helpful, always nice. Always professional. I had been on the cusp of trying to figure out whether I might be happier dead. On one occasion I appeared to be more depressed (my analysis) than usual. I was there for the yearly physical. When it was all over, I may have elicited a response from Betsy as she didn't end the session. That is when I started to vent and go on my tirade. Betsy stayed with me for about a half-hour. For some reason that changed my rationale and I felt much better. She didn't have to sit there and listen to someone she barely knows. It brings tears to my eyes as I write this as she showed how much she cares for us veterans.
