As a family, we have spent a lot of time experiencing care at different hospitals and from different nurses for my mother. I can also say that while we have always experienced a level of expertise, never have we seen a nurse with the superb expertise and compassion of Betsy. In a critical situation with a lot of questions and fears, Betsy took the time to comfort us, answer our questions with confidence and always be just a call button away. We spent a lot of time in the ICU, 24 Hours a day for a week, but not because we didn't trust the care given to my mother. We want to recognize Betsy for her outstanding level of expertise, her grace, and her compassion for her patients and their families. Thank you, Betsy, for everything you did for mom and us.
