Betty A. Pistolis is a great resource each and every shift. I feel there is never a question or need too small or big. She will always lend a helping hand! I always feel extra secure on nights when she is here. I don't know how she does what she, as a House Supervisor does and do it with such ease. She always makes my unit and myself feel like a priority!
