It was after Christmas and my sister, who has Down Syndrome, was admitted in CCU, then ICU and then to the hospital.
With no one knowing how to handle my sister's care, Betty Bunn developed a selfless relationship with my sister and did all kinds of research to help understand communication and health.
Now I, the older sister, am very sick and in the hospital and this amazing nurse is now taking care of me and going beyond her duty to care. I thank God for her and all her selfless care, understanding, and ability to soothe and calm me with my fear of what's going on with me.
Mrs. Betty Bunn is an angel and an asset to this hospital! Thank you, DCH, for allowing me the blessing of getting to know Betty.
