Betty Grant's compassion and understanding for my specific situation were obvious from the start. I was in extreme pain and Betty was the one that went above and beyond to understand my pain and come up with a quick, attentive, and responsive pain management plan. She said they would put me on a scheduled pain management plan rather than a catch-up plan; that made all the difference.
Betty went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She is very intelligent and responsive. Her very caring attitude towards me made a world of difference.
I had never used the VA hospital, but because of Betty, I would definitely use it again.
