Betty is not only a person with excellent clinical abilities but has the capacity and knowledge to speak to the ill. She possesses a tone of voice that calms a person with a high anxiety level. She also has the calm and patience to listen and put herself in the place of the afflicted. She gives the patient the tranquility and security that is needed to facilitate healing. I felt that I was being taken care of by a family member of many years, though she is just a nurse doing her job and I just met her. I can't stand to be in the hospital, but Betty made my stay here enormously good.
