When I arrived on the 4th floor for Orthopedic care, RN Betty was on the scene and provided top-notch care. She made sure everything was done properly and my meds were given correctly; as there was a bit of confusion about what I was to be taking for pain. Betty made several phone calls and got everything figured out. She continued wonderful care until her shift ended, came back the next day to check on me and provided some comic relief; which was much needed and right on time. She helped with several situations, though assigned to other patients that day. Betty is a rare jewel in Nursing!
