Betty Sersion exemplifies all of the traits of a professional nurse. She consistently demonstrates ACE’s Standards of Behavior. She participates in physician and staff relationship building by complimenting and correcting when needed. She has been involved in Epic Design and the Nursing Peer Review Committee. She attained CAP 3 this year. She is constantly mentoring staff, coordinating unit activities and active in Adaptive Design initiatives.
Betty wears a lot of hats thru the day, and she does it with compassion and style. She’s a very hard worker, and she’s always doing something to make our patients happy. She also takes care of all of us, and that’s a job within itself. I consider her to be a great friend and am always appreciative of her expertise and support.
Betty’s expertise in orthopedics and upbeat attitude keep the floor running smoothly. I always know that the day will be a good one when she’s here!
