Betty demonstrates extraordinary care on a daily basis. Betty is always patient and kind to our patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure that their visit is free of stress and worry. She prepares ahead for the day and faces any challenges with a smile. Betty not only takes care of our patients, she is good to her co-workers. As her medical secretary, she is there to help me and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done. Betty also is willing to help others on other teams. She never worries about who should do things. She just does it! I am honored to work with Betty and am grateful for her contribution to Levine Cancer Institute.
