My daughter was induced for her delivery of the baby. The beginning of her stay was a bit unsettled, and she was upset and worried. She was afraid to ask questions. Beverly came on shift charge and introduced herself. At the same time, she informed us she was washing her hands. She was kind and compassionate and explained things in simple terms: softening the cervix, “softening the butter.” She exemplifies your mission and vision. My daughter was well-taken care of by Beverly the rest of the night. Both my son-in-law and daughter describe her as their angel. She is the best nurse I have encountered, and I work in a hospital. She is well deserved of this award as she is an Extraordinary Nurse.
