When I arrived in the unit for admittance, I was having kidney issues. I was treated like I was part of Bhumika Patel's family - by her care, compassion and friendliness she showed to me. We talked about our kids and my grandkids and shared stories just like old friends do. I am proud to say her encouraging attitude made me feel more at ease while I was a patient here. God Bless her and her family in her continuing service to her patients. Believe me, she helped my better half and me through a difficult time in our lives. I commend Bhumika on a job well done.

Bhumi always greeted me with a smile, even when I was depressed. She explained every procedure applied to me and was always patient in answering questions. I felt that her interactions with me made me less apprehensive about my health issues. I looked forward to seeing her each day! It is obvious to me that she loves her job.
