Bianca, the nurse who prepared me for my knee surgery was kind and calm at a time when I was nervous. She performed her duties but made sure I was comfortable at all times. Not a fan of IVs, I was very impressed with her skill. She put the IV in and I experienced no pain! Bianca was friendly and responsive to my questions. I felt calm going into surgery, and for that I thank her.
