When my father and I first met Bianca, we knew that we were in good hands. Not only is she an extremely intelligent and talented nurse, but she is one of the most compassionate individuals we met during my mother's hospital stay. She went above and beyond the call of duty each of the six nights she cared for my mother. She was a calming presence who skillfully relayed the relevant medical information to an anxious fellow nurse, provided stellar clinical care for my mother, and provided much-needed support for my father and me during an extremely difficult and emotional time.
