We had a patient who had a code event take place emergently in the hallway and Bianca was the following shift nurse. The patient’s mother just raved to me about Bianca a week after her encounter.

With Bianca as her bedside nurse, she said, Bianca is wholeheartedly involved in every aspect of my son’s care she juggled and balanced all aspects. My son’s life was endangered by the critical nature of his heart surgery and Bianca had it all on lock! She was taking care of me (who was crying and scared) and she was taking care of my son who was very ill and at the time we didn’t know if he was going to make it. She was calm in the face of chaos that night and I will never forget that. She showed us so much love and cared so perfectly and patiently all while giving medications, blood, and all of the other medical interventions my son needed. I’ll never forget what Bianca has done for my family.
