I arrived at Tufts with COVID and was one of the first patients to make it. Bianca took care of me. My wife and kids spoke every night with the nurses and doctors.
Bianca was one of the nurses they primarily dealt with during my stay. I was intubated in ICU and went home after a long six weeks. The empathy and compassion Bianca showed me and my family during the calls made all the difference. She read to me while I was unconscious from a poster my family made with the Tufts Team and gave us all hope.
