Bianca showed an enormous amount of expertise, compassion, and emotional support. She watched over our son almost nonstop for 2 days and made us feel that he was in really good hands. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with very thorough explanations. She also talked to my wife extensively and made her feel at ease, despite the very difficult situation that we were going through.
