Bianca was a source of calm and serenity in the midst of a lot of stress and confusion. Our son was born 2 weeks early, less than five pounds, and with low blood sugar. We endured round-the-clock tests conflicting medical opinions and constantly changing information about his prognosis as first-time parents. Bianca empathized with us, made sure we got rest, took care of ourselves, and that all the doctors were communicating with each other and had a clear plan.
