I have heard others speak about homeless patients in a way I wish not to repeat. Our patients have their stories and they all never thought they would be where they are now. They take pride in themselves and want to look good just like we do. They want to look their best, smell their best, etc. Bianca listens to her patients, she is passionate about what she does. Bianca had a patient who spoke of needing a wig and didn't have the funds to purchase one. Bianca granted her that wish and gave her a wig! The look on the patient's face was priceless. The way Bianca made her patient feel when she gave her that wig; beautiful, the patient felt beautiful! She could feel beautiful again even for a second she was not homeless anymore. Bianca, you are a true DAISY Nurse!
