Bianca is truly a sweetheart. She always had a smile, kind words, and friendly attitude. To her it isn't just a job it is what she loves to do. Her uplifting caring attitude stopped my pity tears. I almost wanted to give up on my illness and leave because I got so upset. She sat me down and talked and explained things to me, just the tough love I needed to hear. She answered all my questions, giving me different ways to take meds to eliminate some discomforts. She is an excellent people person whose honesty is welcomed.
