I would like to nominate Bianca Tiffany for the DAISY Award in recognition of her exceptional care of our residents.  Bianca has consistently demonstrated caring and compassion towards our residents, and I’ve seen firsthand how she goes above and beyond for both our residents and their families.

Bianca is a seasoned LPN with years of experience, and it shows! She truly takes the time to connect with each resident. She is deeply invested in their well-being and ensures that they feel heard, valued, and cared for. I have always appreciated her ability to build strong relationships with the residents, making them feel like family.

One example of this is when she went out of her way to ensure that the family of one of our residents was comfortable as the resident was approaching the end of their life. Bianca thoughtfully figured out a solution to provide the family with a comfortable sleeping arrangement, ensuring they felt supported and cared for. Having personally experienced the discomfort of being in a healthcare setting with my wife and sleeping on the ground, I can truly appreciate Bianca’s empathy in making sure our resident families are treated with the same level of care and respect as our residents. 

Bianca’s kindness, professionalism, and ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents are just a few of the reasons she deserves to be recognized with the DAISY Award. She is an outstanding nurse who is beloved by the residents and their families.
