Bibi Basnet is great! She always took the time to make our daughter feel better. I can say that Bibi always went a step above. Even when her shift was over, she still helped me with something I needed with the machines. She always made our daughter comfortable whether it was with a Popsicle, snack or words of encouragement. She is such a hard worker… always going and going. Thank you for the great care!
