I started to cry and nobody, but Bijaya knew what to do.  She came to me and held my hand and said comforting words.
All the information she told me was very helpful.  She helped me feel better because of her care & service. Very informative, knowledgeable, empathetic, and showed compassion. Whenever I feel down and depressed, she made me feel good. She is extraordinary, passionate, and full of enthusiasm, and positivity.  I feel blessed to have had her as my nurse.
She also looked in on my mom, even though she wasn't assigned to her. Once when mom was having a problem, she was there for her.  Keeping her safe and sound.  She took care of her like a family member.  Her smile and positive ways always brightened my mom's face.

My father was really sick and needed a lot of attention. Bijaya went above and beyond to make his stay better and to get him well.

We would like to acknowledge the entire 5N team that helped my mom. We felt BJ went above & beyond during moms stay.  She was the most compassionate, understanding, and thorough person we had the pleasure of dealing with.  She made mom feel comfortable and important, this went a long way toward mom feeling like a person.  She explained everything to mom so she wouldn't be surprised.  If I could afford it I would pay BJ to be mom's full-time nurse.  She is a true asset to your organization.

Nurse Bijaya is the type of nurse that all nurses should look up to and strive to be like.  She is caring, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable.  When she was on shift, I knew she would check on me often to see what I may need. She encouraged me to think which I had trouble doing.  I was in the hospital over Christmas & was very sad since I would be missing my two grandchildren opening presents.  When the doctor came in to tell me Bijaya was in the room along with my son and husband.  I started to cry and nobody, but Bijaya knew what to do.  She came to me and held my hand and said comforting words. She really helped me get through Christmas. She came in and out
making sure I was still okay.  She showed me how to take care of my PICC medications & line. All aspects of nursing obviously come naturally to Bijaya. But if I had to say her greatest skill is thinking about her patient's emotional health.  I will always remember the kind nurse that helped me through Christmas.
