I would like to nominate one of your nurses, Bill Dickel for a DAISY Award for his outstanding, compassionate and his extraordinary care. Bill took the time to hear my plea and helped me with the pain I was having in my head and neck. I was unable to sleep the whole night. I was feeling very depressed and the thoughts were heavy on my mind. Then nurse Bill Dickel walked into the room and the negative thoughts left my mind as if GOD had sent him. He looked at me and asked, "what is wrong?" I told him that I can't take it anymore. He addressed my pain and thoughts, in turn, he saved my life! He immediately brought my blood pressure down from about 190 to 130 - all my pain was gone. I was his #1 priority. Thanks to him all my bad thoughts and pain were gone. God Bless him always.
