Bill was freaking fantastic. I was struggling to adjust and find dinner, he went above and beyond to call his favorite place, made sure they delivered and gave me the number. His care with my daughter made me feel so comfortable and he was outstanding when he would check on us.

Bill has been a delight day-to-day; he has a wry wit and charismatic personality. He also advocated strongly for me when I wanted to be allowed out in a wheelchair to see the Fourth of July fireworks show. Because of him, I felt, and still feel, like we have an ally and a friend on the care team. Plus, he has awesome scrubs. Seriously. Captain America? Right on!
