I was extremely anxious about having this procedure. Bill Smith talked to me for a long time and explained everything so well. He helped calm me down and he got me through the heart cath. He even came back the next day to check on me and make sure I was not still anxious.
Being in the hospital was one of the scariest moments of my life, especially when I was told I had a heart attack and needed a heart cath. I've never been in the hospital except to have my children and because of the wonderful people at Jackson like Bill, I was able to get through this difficult time.
