When greeted by Bill, you feel like you're his only patient. He has such a calm voice which puts an anxious patient at peace. He considers your comfort but remembers your modesty as well, considering that hospital gowns are notorious for opening up in the back. He even makes your waiting family feel important. He helps you into the care ever so gently and you leave feeling like, 'wow, my nurse really cared about me'. Seeing a man so calm and kind and still excited about his job was refreshing.
