Prior to my procedure, Bill not only made me feel comfortable in one of my first surgeries but also went above and beyond to acknowledge me personally about my recent accomplishment of becoming a nurse. He described nursing as such a rewarding career and reassured me I would pass the state board exam without a doubt. As they wheeled me into the procedure, he introduced me to all of the staff while giving me high fives, explained things in a very thorough manner and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
He truly made a difference in my surgical experience.
