B.J.’s professionalism and kindness will always be appreciated.
Billie provided excellent care the night after my surgery. She made sure I was comfortable and that my pain was controlled. She found a snack for me since I was hungry after being NPO for surgery.
Billie clearly has a commitment to providing excellent care while making everyone feel at ease. Any Veteran who has Billie as a Nurse is truly fortunate.

When I was admitted, B.J. conducted my intake procedure. She was as efficient as a First Sergeant. She was also concerned with my comfort and safety because I was a fall concern. I had spent a long time in the ER and had missed dinner. Billie got me a meal. B.J.’s professionalism and kindness will always be appreciated.
Note: I am an Army retiree, who has volunteered at the Copper and Leestown VA for 16 years. I know EXCELLENT service when I see it.
