Mom was very uncomfortable and had a situation that required Bima to be in her room every 1-2 hours to empty the ostomy pouch. This is a lot of care and Bima always did so cheerfully (like it was not a bother,) made Mom comfortable and asked if she could get her anything before leaving. Mom was concerned she was a burden and Bima went above and beyond by her actions, to assure Mom that she was not a burden.
