I have never met anyone who has the kindness, dedication and love for their patients as Bimila. Whether dispensing medicine, helping a patient walk or caring for their emotional needs, she does it with caring and love. Once during my stay, I was concerned about starting a particular medicine. Seeing my anxiousness, she made 5 phone calls to the doctor to get the right answer for me. Her dedication and love for her job shines right through. She is definitely special and a credit to her profession. Healthcare needs more like her.
