A mother visited Dr. V and was very anxious to talk about the health of her child. She requested an Arabic speaker and while translating, we observed that the mother was very distressed. She requested a nurse to take the child out so she could talk more with the doctor. Ms. Bincy took the child and kept him occupied. The child was escorted out of the consultation room in order to avail the mother some privacy with the doctor. Ms. Bincy took care of the child, kept him occupied, happy, and got some candy for him for the next half hour. The mother was overwhelmed with gratitude by the gesture of Bincy, thanks to her efforts.
