Bincy has been a wonderful, caring, and attentive nurse. When I came to the hospital after spending 24 hours in the Fairlane ER, I was overwhelmed and upset. Although my condition was not life-threatening, I was worried about my health, exhausted from dealing with my heart issues, and struggling with depression.

The next day, I was ready to leave the hospital. When Bincy came into my room, I was crying. She sat with me, rubbed my back, listened as I talked and cried, and comforted me with a couple of long hugs. Her kindness, compassion, and wise words helped calm me down. She told me exactly what I needed to hear at a time when I felt hopeless and didn't care whether I lived or died. She helped pull me out of that dark place. I truly cannot describe the love, care, and compassion she showed me.

I am doing okay now, and I credit Bincy and her heartfelt support for helping me get there. Bincy also helped me overcome a pill phobia that I have had for most of my life due to a traumatic choking experience when I was alone and unable to breathe. She showed me a simple technique using applesauce that worked perfectly. Because of her help, taking larger pills no longer feels as frightening or traumatic. I genuinely believe Bincy saved my life. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I truly believe she deserves to be honored with a DAISY award.

Thank you, Bincy, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
