Bindhu Varghese has been honored with The DAISY Nurse Leader Award for her outstanding leadership of nurses in NMC Oman hospitals. Always kind, always clear, and always with the patient at the center of what she does, Bindhu leads her nurses from the front and no more so when times are challenging. Her leadership has resulted in the successful team development and resilience of her nurses – always recognizing each individual for the personal contribution they make to safe and compassionate care and ensuring her teams find solutions to everyday challenges using critical thinking.

Her nurses unanimously applaud and respect her for what she does every day, to support the delivery of fantastic nursing care in NMC Oman. Well done, Bindhu!
