Our baby was born at Welcare Hospital, we had an amazing experience with the Doctor and the entire team (maternity, OT, NICU). All the nurses are amazing. NICU nurses are really great, especially Bindhu, she did an amazing job, and she really helped us to take our little angel home safely. All the staff are really good (room service, housekeeping, ward clerk who did the birth notification). Thanks for the entire team.

We had a great experience with the Doctor during my childbirth. I really want to thank her for taking care of us throughout the journey of my pregnancy and postpartum. She is an extremely experienced and passionate in what she is doing and will always be available when you need her. I would also like to extend my gratitude towards the nurses and entire team of Mediclinic Welcare. As my son was in NICU for 3 days I was really worried however, the extremely experienced, professional, caring, kind hearted and humble staff of NICU made sure that my baby is taken care of and assured us that he is in safe hands. NICU nurses were incredibly angels during our babies' stay. They educated us regarding breastfeeding, and caring for newborns, and answered all our inquiries. I would like to express my gratitude to all the nurses in NICU Welcare and special thanks to Bindhu and the entire NICU team. God bless you all.

I had a great experience during my hospitalization at Welcare Hospital. Big thanks to the Doctors and Nurses in the ER. I cannot thank enough Doctor in OBG for her kindness and caring attitude. I must say that she is an amazing doctor and I see motherly love in her. Doctors I will always be thankful to you for saving me and my baby's life. I would like to thank the entire Mediclinic Welcare team who helped me and my baby in recovery during our hospitalization. OPD nurses, Maternity unit nurses, and other PA staff were really helpful. Thanks to the NICU team and Doctor who helped me in my baby's recovery. The NICU nurses team were amazing and very supportive. You have taken good care of my baby and always helped me whenever I needed some support and answered my doubts. Nurse Bindu and other NICU nurses you all are amazing. Our baby was detected with a lung infection at birth and had to stay at the Mediclinic Welcare Hospital NICU for around 5 days. The care they have given is outstanding. All the staff were super helpful and as new parents they gave us step-by-step guidance on all aspects of baby care which helped us tremendously. Their discharge instructions were also meticulous and detailed. They were also accessible around the clock to support us with any questions that we had. We could not have asked for a better care for our baby in the NICU. A special shout out to all staff members of the NICU unit and a special mention to Bindu. She was simply superb!
